For any prizes based on Low and High Handicaps (i.e. Nearest the Pin) they are based on the following:
Low Handicaps: 0 – 21
High Handicaps: 22 – 54
The adjustments of handicaps are based on the following calculations and will be updated on the Members page after each event:

Examples:
- Player with a Society Handicap of 14 wins with a Stapleford score of 38 points will lose 1 point for the win and also -0.4 for the 38 points.
He will lose a total of 1.4.
He will therefore be off a Society Handicap of 13 (12.6 rounded up to 13) for the next event. - Player with a Society Handicap of 36 wins with a Stapleford score of 45 (aka BANDIT territory) will lose 1 shot for the win and also 3.6 shot for the 45 points.
He will lose a total of 4.6.
He will therefore be off a Society Handicap of 31 (31.4 rounded down to 31) for the next event. - Player with a Society Handicap of 28 scores a Stapleford score of 21 points will receive 1 to his handicap score.
He will gain a total of 1.2
He will therefore play off a Society Handicap of 29 (29.2 rounded down to 29) for the next event. - Player with a Society Handicap of 24 comes in second place with a Stapleford score of 36 points will lose 0.5 for the 2nd Place. He will not lose any for scoring within the 25 – 36 points range.
He will lose a total of 0.5.
He will therefore play off a Society Handicap of 24 (23.5 rounded up to 24) for the next event.
